Those are beautiful pictures Judy and they expanded superbly. I read Rick's post this morning too; he did his customary outstanding job of "explaining". Can you please identify the bird(s) in both pictures? Thank you.
What a great trick! Marvelous for those of us who have to use a magnifying glass or bottle thick glasses to see stuff...lol You KNOW I love your blog! K
The feathers on the first bird are beautiful - even clearer in the larger photo - wonderful! And the second "group shot" is so amazing - the splashes the bird left when he took off - you can see right where he had run on the water. Really amazing photo!
Hi Judy. Just stopped by to thank you for your comments and to let you know that yes, those are decoy ducks in the photo on my blog, however, at first I was alarmed and started taking pictures because they did look real from a distance. I even walked to where they loaded their boat onto their truck, just to be sure. I did not see any real ducks, thankfully. William and I do not hunt (except with a camera), but we are not vegetarians (although, we probably should be for health reasons). - Mary Ann :-)
