In the area of MD where my daughter lives there are fields and fields of sunflowers. When it full bloom there are traffic backups with people out taking pictures. Reminds me of Texas hill country Bluebonnet season. Doesn't appear that you are holding up any traffic!Phyllishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09184706027679979998noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7774004683471521654.post-23835066453178483202011-08-05T19:06:20.281-05:002011-08-05T19:06:20.281-05:00Thank you for the pictures and thank you Emma for ...Thank you for the pictures and thank you Emma for being such a good fur kid.what'supwithsusanandcompanyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13314263752153548219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7774004683471521654.post-8148948392161553432011-08-05T17:26:43.615-05:002011-08-05T17:26:43.615-05:00Once again...do love the photos. And the shrub with the pretty white/gold balls is buttonbush. (http://www.wildflower.org/plants/result.php?id_plant=CEOC2 I just made arrangements to get cuttings from Trinity River NWR on Tuesday and plan to get some from our survey site 4 this P. Already have 4 bins of them growing roots. They feed 40 some species of brids and make butterflies crazy. And they will grow in water or on land. A wonderful yard plant. We're going to plant lots of them on the rookery islands as cormorants and wading birds like to nest in them.Marilyn Kircushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15014565704792020948noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7774004683471521654.post-9187822743307372762011-08-05T05:47:10.086-05:002011-08-05T05:47:10.086-05:00lovely series.
